At Preece Consultancy & Training, we are dedicated to ensuring a tailored delivery and memorable experience for every attendee of our Bleed Control Input Awareness Sessions and our Youth Violence Programmes, Interventions and Workshops.
Our Bleed Control Input Awareness Sessions are suitable for professionals, organisations and young people.
Sessions include anatomy and physiology, along with a step by step demonstration of how to use the Daniel Baird Foundation bleed control kits in the event of any catastrophic bleed.
The sessions also provide a number of resources and support networks.
Our Knife Crime Workshops are suitable for children and young people aged between 8 and 21. Workshops include expert speakers who have lived experience and will provide a multi faceted insight into the ramifications of knife crime and the dangers around carrying a knife.
Attendees will be provided with work booklets to be completed. Booklets will be subsequently marked and graded, allowing for any underlying predisposition to be identified early.
Our workshops are designed by a panel consisting of academics and those with vast lived experience.
Our Gangs, County Lines and Child Criminal Exploitation Sessions are aimed at professionals who work or volunteer with children and young people.
Sessions provide an academic insight into causation and the corelated behaviours of young people involved with urban street gangs, Organised Crime Gangs (OCG) and county lines. This allows early warning signs to be identified.
Sessions also provide attendees with the skills to identify the early signs of child criminal exploitation and best safeguarding practices.
Our Expert Speakers are best suited to children and young people aged between 8 and 21.
The discussions are designed to facilitate open and honest conversations with attendees regarding gangs, serious youth violence, knife crime county lines and criminal exploitation.
The aim is to provide in depth insight into the detriments of gangs, youth violence and criminality, to discourage attendees from developing criminal aspirations.
Speakers will also provide provide a step by step guide on how to report criminal activity or concerns which children or young people may have regarding themselves or their peers. This will enable them to be able to confidently raise concerns via the appropriate channels.
Our expert speakers all have a wealth of lived experience and are carefully selected and matched to each workshop.
Our in-depth Restorative Justice Sessions are aimed at young people age 8 to 21.
Sessions are designed to prevent and repair harm by providing an opportunity for victims of crime to discus with young people, the impact which violent crime has had upon them, their family and their community.
The aim is to induce empathic concern from young people and strengthen their ability to empathize by actively thinking about how it would be to be in another person's place and how victims of crime can be impacted.
Our Restorative justice Sessions take all children and young people seriously whilst valuing their views and opinions. We aim to create a safe space for them to take responsibility and involve them in all matters that concern them.
These sessions include empathy work books which are subsequently marked and graded.
